The Claretian Missionaries in East Africa joyfully announce the official reception of a new group of aspirants for the year 2025. The event took place on September 8th, the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a day of special significance and blessing.
A total of 14 young men have joined the Claretian family: four from Kenya, five from Uganda, and five from Tanzania. Their reception marks a new chapter of hope and continuity in the mission and charism of St. Anthony Mary Claret within the region.
The ceremony was held in Moshi, where the Claretian Formation House continues to serve as the nurturing ground for future missionaries. The Delegation expressed deep gratitude to the formation team in Moshi for their dedicated commitment in accompanying and guiding the young aspirants on their journey of discernment and growth.
With joy and faith, the Claretian Missionaries invite all members, friends, and well-wishers to pray for these young men, that they may grow steadfastly in their vocation and become faithful witnesses of the Gospel in the footsteps of their founder.
